OYO 156 Al Reem Hotel Apartments

I stayed for over a week and had a wonderful experience. This is definitely one of those good hotel rooms I'd be happy to experience again 🩷

The room was in poor condition, with an AC that did not work properly and only one towel provided. Even worse, I booked the apartment on Booking.com for 168, but the staff asked me for 200 when I arrived. The security and staff were rude and very unprofessional. A disappointing stay at Alreem Hotel Apartment and not worth the money.

What made this stay special was the kind, hardworking girl on the staff who went out of her way to make guests feel welcome. Her warmth and professionalism were really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable too, so I had a lovely stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

👎🏾👎🏿👎 The service was very poor, especially at reception, where the behavior was extremely bad. I have been traveling in Gulf country for 10 years and this was the first time I saw a reception person behave like this. Badal ALLAH was a nonsense person. I hope the owner sees this message and understands how the staff treat customers. There were no proper services and the customer service was very bad.
