Waking up to the mountain views and fresh air was unforgettable. The villa is cozy, spotless, and full of charm, with comfort that fits beautifully into the natural surroundings. It’s a wonderful place to relax with friends and recharge away from the city. What made the weekend feel perfect was the warmth of the hosts. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The scenery, hospitality, and homely atmosphere were all wonderful. We’ll definitely be back, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for peace, beauty, and genuine warmth.

We were 13 friends, and every moment of our weekend in nature was memorable. The villa was exceptionally clean, the service was excellent, and there were plenty of outdoor activities inside and around the property. The Valbona river was only 10 minutes away on foot. What stayed with me most was the warmth of the people, along with the freshness of the mountains and rivers. I really hope this place gets the recognition it deserves.

The hiking trails and the crystal-clear waters of the Valbona River were surrounded by breathtaking nature and left us speechless. At Plis Bujtina, the traditional food was delicious, the service excellent, and the hospitality made us feel right at home. Special thanks to Sara and the whole staff for being so caring and warm. It’s absolutely worth visiting, and I’m already looking forward to returning.

The location is lovely for a picnic day, with the Valbona river only a few hundred meters from the guesthouse. Inside, the rooms were spotless, each with its own bathroom, comfortable beds, and soft sheets. The common area and kitchen had everything we needed, with lots of attention to detail. Breakfast at the in-house restaurant was delicious and included in the room price. In the chilly evenings, the lit fireplace made the atmosphere especially cozy. The staff were kind and very helpful, always ready to answer questions. There was plenty of room to play in the garden, plus a playground for the children. Highly recommended for a few nights near Valbona valley. I’d come back again 🫶🏼

The scenery around Koçanaj is incredible, with pure mountains, fresh air, and a kind of peace that’s hard to find elsewhere in Albania. Still, the people were what made the visit truly special. They welcomed me like family, smiled constantly, and were happy to help or share stories and tips about the local area. Everything was handled with care, from the delicious local food to making my stay comfortable and chatting about life in Tropoja. You can tell they love what they do. I left with beautiful photos, warm memories, and maybe even new friends. This place is a must-visit in Albania, and I can’t wait to return.
