The roof terrace, where breakfast is served, was the highlight, with fantastic views. The location in the old town was also excellent during our two-night stay. Our room was plain but practical, and it even had a small balcony. The bathroom was small, though it worked fine. Service was friendly, helpful, and great throughout.

The terrace was my favorite part, especially for breakfast and watching the town at sunset. We only spent one night at Villa Arben Elezi, but it was a really good experience. The owner was a lovely, attentive lady who was always smiling, and both the room and breakfast were great. I was very happy with the stay.

The location was very convenient, and the staff helped us with parking. The spaces are blocked off, though, so you have to go inside and find someone first. After a shower, the washroom drains started smelling like sewage. We left the window open all night, which helped. There is a hairdryer, but it has very little power, especially if you have long hair.

The terrace breakfasts were great, and the location made it easy to explore Berat and its castle. Mira was a wonderful host and also helped us discover Berat and the canyon.

This guesthouse is in the center of Berat's old town, with the restaurants and points of interest easy to reach. The room was spacious and had air conditioning, while breakfast was tasty and satisfying. The staff were very kind and helped us park, which was useful because parking there is a bit difficult. 10/10.
