The New City location worked well, close to restaurants and bars but away from the noise, and parking was easy. Rooms are small in the usual European way, though modern, practical, and in good condition. I liked having spare pillows and blankets in the wardrobe. Breakfast was a good Mediterranean-style meal, and the staff were pleasant. My only real suggestion is more power outlets, since the bedside lamps and mini-fridge use the existing ones, leaving nowhere spare for a phone or computer.

Beret is easy to explore on foot from this small hotel. I stayed in February and happened to be the only guest that day, but the service was still warm and welcoming. Parking is free, although finding it can be difficult, and a staff member drove with me to show me the way. The room was fine and breakfast was simple but tasty. The bathroom was the weak point, because without a shower curtain the toilet and everything around it get soaked and remain wet for quite a while.

This family-run hotel sits along the boardwalk near the centre, within a convenient distance of the sights in Berat, while the surroundings stay quiet at night. Breakfast offered plenty of choice and everything tasted very good. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Parking is somewhat awkward to locate with Google Maps, but they came out and guided us. We had a great time and would recommend it for a visit to Berat.

The hotel was quiet at night, close to everything, and our room had air conditioning. It felt safe, and every person we met was extremely friendly. The place was very clean as well. Parking was confusing at first, but someone from the front desk came outside to guide us, which solved the problem. Breakfast was basic but delicious, with fresh fruit, bread, sausage, and eggs. We had a great stay in Berat and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is right on the Berat boulevard, and walking into the city centre was especially pleasant. The family running Orestiada made us feel very welcome, answered our questions, and even arranged a taxi for our return journey. Our room had everything we needed, and breakfast had good options.
