The peaceful garden and warm welcome made this charming guesthouse feel special. It’s only a few minutes from the city center, and the host speaks French. They took time to point out the main attractions on a map and suggested some great local restaurants. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. I’d return anytime without hesitation.

This B&B felt like a home from home from the moment we arrived, with a calm and happy atmosphere. The host was so friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It’s about five minutes on foot from the old town. Breakfast was homemade, including an amazing cake, and we were even given a piece to take with us. During our three weeks in Albania, we stayed in more expensive places, but this was both the cheapest and the best. It was 40 degrees hear, yet the Aircon worked a treat and kept us cool. I only wish we could have stayed longer than one night. For traditional Albania and a hospitable host, this place is certainly worth choosing. Very deserving of LL the five star reviews xxx

Guest House Veranda is the kind of place that can make a trip unforgettable. The genuine hospitality makes you feel like a friend rather than just a guest, the space is clean and tidy, and breakfast gives you the energy for the day. For me, that meant getting ready for a super halfmarathon in Berat. It also felt like a place worth returning to, just as I did today after the super memory from 2023. My medal that I received today would be fixed for you 🥇👏

The clean, tidy rooms and generous breakfast were highlights of our wonderful two night stay. The guesthouse is in a perfect location within walking distance of town, and we received lots of useful recommendations along with warm hospitality. It’s a great example of why a small guesthouse can be such a good choice.

Ceni and his parents made us feel at home from the start, and their advice about places to see around Berat was genuinely useful. The garden feels like paradise, especially with its great view while having breakfast. The rooms were big, comfortable, and clean, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The property is in a perfect location, and this B&B and its owners deserve the highest rating. I strongly recommend Veranda B & B. Respect for your work and dedication.
