The spa was the highlight of our weekend at Grand Duka, peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully designed. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well maintained, and it’s only a few minutes’ walk from the sea with everything you might need nearby. The staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Breakfast had lots of fresh, tasty choices, and free parking made things easier. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant: the fish was very fresh and perfectly cooked, and the calamari was delicious too. Everything was flavorful and nicely presented. We really enjoyed the stay and would gladly come back.

Dinner was delicious, and I found the spa incredibly relaxing. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the hotel looked newly built, with beautiful views over the city. It was one of the neatest places I’ve stayed. The location made everything easy: a large shopping mall is connected to the building, with plenty of shops and restaurants just steps away. I also loved the personal touch on the TV and how simply it let me access hotel services.

Elona and Paola at reception were so helpful, and Hergi kindly carried my luggage down to the car park. They were always happy to help, whether we needed an iron or local advice. The hotel has a secure car park with a steward, nicely decorated rooms, a lovely breakfast with a huge selection, and an excellent bar. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Albania.

The window had a lovely, relaxing view, and the rooms were clean and well organized. The staff were friendly and ready to help, and the restaurant food was fresh and tasty. It was a comfortable, enjoyable stay, and I’d gladly visit again.

Right in the heart of Durrës, this is a handy place to stay for getting around the city. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were caring and attentive. Ria gave us such a warm welcome at the spa, and Elona and Hergi were kind, understanding, and really listened. A wonderful stay, highly recommended. Many thanks to the Grand Duka Hôtel & SPA! 💞🙏🏾
