Boutique Hotel New Patricia

The value for money is excellent, and the hotel is clean, stylish, and comfortable. Boutique Patricia is also great for families, with a welcoming atmosphere for kids. It’s just a short walk from everything we needed in Tirana. I’d definitely recommend it.

Everything was spotless and welcoming, and the staff were so friendly. The rooms are cozy and beautifully decorated. Boutique Hotel Patricia is in a perfect spot right in the heart of Tirana. Highly recommend it for a city visit.

The biggest problem came at 4 AM, when we were left waiting for an airport taxi I’d paid for in advance. The woman in charge had taken the money but hadn’t booked one. The night shift staff member was the only person who was helpful and professional during our stay. He got the situation sorted out, argued with the driver, and even paid him himself because nobody else had. The rest of the stay was very disappointing, and basic expectations weren’t met. The breakfast that was supposed to be included never appeared. The property was being renovated, with construction debris throughout the common areas, and breakfast wasn’t available, yet I was charged for it. We were also charged €2 per person in tourist tax without being told beforehand. At check-in, they said we couldn’t pay by ATM card, although the Booking listing said we could. Only after we insisted did they offer to fetch a card machine from elsewhere if we waited. The room had other problems too: the bathroom was dirty, glasses had toothpaste residue, and personal items from previous guests were still there. The only toilet paper roll was soaked, so I had to ask for another. The fridge barely worked, and there was no mosquito screen on the window despite all the mosquitoes in the area. The TV showed only adult content, with no Netflix or even basic browsing such as Google. Management showed a clear lack of professionalism. I don’t recommend this hotel.

We felt right at home here. It was quiet, safe, and relaxing for both the kids and adults, and the staff were wonderfully friendly. The whole hotel, from the lobby through to the rooms, was spotless and well cared for. Boutique Hotel Patricia is also perfectly placed in the center, so we could reach sights, restaurants, and shops without a car.
