I felt robbed after a poor experience at the restaurant with my family. A huge piece of plastic was in the fish soup, and the meals came out separately, so others were still waiting when I’d finished mine. The grilled meat was cold too. Then they charged a 6€ service fee, what a joke. Definitely not worth it, and I don’t recommend it.

The location was perfect, and the rooms were really nice and big, with very comfortable beds. The staff were lovely, thanks so much for everything. I especially enjoyed the breakfast because it was homemade.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. My family and I checked in, and I politely asked the front desk staff if we could use the parking lot. She was the owner’s daughter and said yes. We went out for a quick meal before our room was ready, then got a call saying we couldn’t park there. I rushed back, and the owner yelled at me aggressively, got in my face, and said the car would have been “broken into pieces” if I hadn’t moved it. When I said his daughter had given us permission, she denied it, clearly scared of him. The problem wasn’t having to move the car, it was the disrespect and unprofessional behavior. I politely asked for a refund because I no longer felt comfortable staying there with my family, but he refused. We’ve travelled across Albania and met kind, respectful people everywhere else. This was by far the worst treatment we experienced. This is no way to run a hospitality business.

We went in for chicken soup, but what we got was bland hot water with a chicken flavor. They also added a 2 euro service charge to the bill. I wouldn’t choose this place.
