The rooftop pool and spa were just right for unwinding, and the breakfast buffet had lots of fresh, tasty choices. At City street Hotel, the staff were friendly and professional. My room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. Everything felt top quality, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended!

The staff were super hospitable, and I’d definitely stay here again. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of the old town. The building is beautiful, everything feels new and nicely decorated, and the modern rooms have good, quiet AC.

The staff’s warm welcome really made my stay at City Street Hotel special. The location is perfect, and the clean, stylish rooms are comfortable, with modern amenities that fit in well with the old town’s charm. If you’re visiting Gjirokastra and want somewhere comfortable, welcoming, and well located, this is a great choice. Highly recommended!

We had a comfortable room and a lovely view along the valley from our balcony. The welcome was warm, and breakfast was great. One evening, we watched Albania play football with the proprietor on the rooftop terrace, which was delightful.

The hosts made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They were welcoming, friendly, ready to help with anything, and gave us such great service. They even gifted us handmade embroidery, a really thoughtful touch. The hotel is new and modern, with a traditional Albanian feel. Breakfast was huge and delicious, and such good value. It’s at the foothill of the city, a pleasant walk up to the top, about 20 minutes on foot to the castle and 10 minutes to the bus station. Taxis cost 2-3 euros. Excellent hotel, a must stay in Gjirokaster. Highly recommended :)
