The staff were warm, helpful, and spoke excellent English, with good suggestions for restaurants and bars. In July 2016, we found Hotel Domino's extremely clean and comfortable. Our beds were very comfortable, and the room's ensuite toilet and wet room were excellent. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day, and complimentary toiletries were replenished. The air conditioning was very welcome in the extreme July heat. We'd highly recommend staying here.

We were two families and really enjoyed our stay at Domino Hotel. The staff were friendly, our room was clean, and the location was great, very close to old pazar.

Emma, a young woman who works here, speaks excellent English and knows a lot about the town and its history. She was happy to suggest places to visit and answer questions. The hotel is just four rooms, incredibly clean, and has a very homey feel. It's close to the old town, with street parking nearby. My room looked out over town, and each room has its own bathroom, TV, AC, and Wi-Fi. Breakfast was simple: hard-boiled eggs, meat, cheese, bread, fruit jams, tea, coffee, and juice. I loved the place and would highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our first stay and I'll definitely come back and recommend it to everyone. It's a small, quiet, beautiful hotel near the old Bazar of Gjirokastra, with very clean rooms and great hospitality. Breakfast was very good, with fresh, delicious food.
