Hotel Grint

Everything was exceptional, from the fresh, delicious food to the 10/10 service. The staff deserve a round of applause. Congratulations to them.

This is a beautiful, family-friendly hotel with a stunning sea view, and the cleaning service was excellent. Everything was cleaned and changed daily. The pool area also looked lovely beside the sea, and the waiters and bartenders were always polite, helpful, and smiling. Still, several things were disappointing. The room we were given stayed the same small room we had originally been assigned, even after reception told us a sea-view room would be possible if we paid extra. The 10-20 euro wasn’t an issue, but the way it was handled was disappointing. The all-inclusive restaurant service was very poor too. The girls often stayed on their phones, laughed in front of guests, and seemed to mock us, especially the one with long hair and the one with glasses. Their hair was down while serving food, and their shirts were often stained. The toilets were frequently dirty and often had no toilet paper. The hotel is nice and clean overall, but customer service, hygiene, and professionalism still need improvement. The food was good, although it was sometimes served slightly cold.

The pool was very clean, and it was especially useful when waves made the beach less enjoyable. There’s also a shallow, kid-friendly pool, which I loved. We spent a relaxing week with our family at this seafront hotel, where the service was exceptionally kind and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to return.

This is a fairly average hotel. The pool is open only from 8-18, and the all-inclusive food is served only in an enclosed indoor room. You can’t eat on the promenade except during the 1h snack period. The coffee is average too.
