This was unacceptable, so I rarely leave a bad review. I ordered fish expecting it to be fresh and properly cooked, but it smelled off, tasted as if it had been frozen for months, and was so mushy it was difficult to eat. I mentioned it politely to the waiter and received only a shrug, with no replacement and not even an apology. At these prices, basic quality and decent service are reasonable expectations, and this place failed at both. I won't return, and others should think twice before ordering seafood here.

The beach and beach bar are very close, and the service there was good as well. Back at the hotel, the staff were always polite and helpful. Our clean room had every detail we needed, the service was fine, and breakfast was the best quality I've ever tried, with fresh local food. It was worth the money, and I'll definitely come back.

The pool was well maintained and worked well for small children, while breakfast was plentiful and tasty, with friendly, attentive staff. Our rooms were small but functional, very clean, and cleaned every day, and a baby cot was supplied immediately when requested. The location near the beach was exactly what we wanted, though the June price was €165 per room, expensive for an Albanian beach hotel but fairly common in this popular stretch. Booking and WhatsApp communication were easy. Payment was required on arrival, and although the price had been given in Euro by WhatsApp and email, paying in Albanian Lek or accepted Euro made it around €10 more expensive. We received no receipt, which may be common in Albania but is still not legal. The manager frequently shouted at young local workers and Asian employees, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. An umbrella and two sunbeds were included, but only in the back rows, while the front rows cost extra. The beach bar waiters were kind, although the prices were high, as expected.

We spent seven days here and would choose it again. The rooms were cleaned daily, breakfast offered plenty of good food, and the staff were professional and courteous. I especially liked that hotel guests received priority for the beach umbrellas over people who were only visiting the beach. Relaxing by the pool and at the beach was lovely.
