We had a very pleasant stay, with a welcoming atmosphere, excellent food, and staff who were consistently courteous and professional. The hotel deserves credit for building a team like that. The moment that stood out was our departure for the airport. We asked reception to arrange a taxi, but a public demonstration in the city meant taxis couldn’t reach the hotel. Gjergji Hoxhanj went well beyond what we expected. He guided us along a back route and walked with us through pouring rain for at least 15 minutes until we could get a taxi. His sense of responsibility and genuine care meant a lot to us. Highly recommended, and thank you for such kind hospitality.

I felt completely safe as a woman traveling alone, and had no trouble walking around town. The hotel’s garden area was pleasant to wander through, and the breakfast was perfect. It’s a nice hotel in a great spot, an easy walk from the center.

Being close to the center and the main sights was the best part of staying at Rogner Tirana. The service, though, fell short of what I expected from a hotel at this level. I’d call the stay average overall, mostly because the location worked so well, but the service needs a lot of improvement.

The taxi the hotel called, a 'city taxi', was a terrible end to my time in Tirana. I’d used another company earlier in the week and had a much better ride. As for the hotel, I stayed seven nights: the room was great, the staff were friendly, and there was plenty to choose from at breakfast. My room faced a busy road, so it was loud, though I managed fine as a sleeper.

The gardens and pool give this place a peaceful, tucked-away feel, even though it’s right in the city center. Staff were generally helpful and breakfast was good. The rooms are spacious, but the decor feels a little dated and could use a refresh. It has plenty of charm and works well for its atmosphere and location, though the rooms don’t quite feel up to modern five-star expectations. Solid four-star stay.
