The bed was very comfortable, and most things are within walking distance, so the location is great. The road is busy, though, and traffic noise continued through the night. Hotel Stela's rooms have a lot of potential but need more attention to detail. Our bathroom had a terrible drainage smell that stayed for both nights, even after we ran the taps. It would help to have a bedroom mirror too, since the bathroom mirror steams up after a shower. There's no lift, so keep that in mind with a large suitcase. Breakfast was small and basic, but on the second day there was a really tasty sweet potato salad.

The reception girl was very kind and helpful, and breakfast was good. The room was clean and nice. There's no elevator, so keep that in mind. Since it's in central Tirana, the traffic noise gets pretty loud. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, but what really stood out was how the Hotel Stela Centre staff helped us when the airline lost our bags. For 24 hours we were caught up in a lost-and-found mess, and they made calls for us, arranged an extra night, and helped us get back to the airport once the bags turned up. Thank you so much!

We arrived late and realized we'd booked a Twin Room instead of a Deluxe Room, but the friendly reception team still let us switch. The location worked perfectly, breakfast was nice, and everything was very clean. The rooms were lovely too. I'd happily recommend this place.

The location was a real plus, and the guy at reception was kind and helpful. Our room was beside the kitchen, though, so it was very noisy. The shower had no door and wasn't fixed, and we waited 45 minutes for the transfer. The price was okay, but I wouldn't stay again.
