The owners really cared about their guests. They were honest, hardworking, answered all our questions, and went out of their way to help. I felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay, and would definitely come back. We booked a 1+1 apartment, which was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Cleanliness matters a lot to me, and the fresh white sheets and overall hygiene met my expectations. The family-run hotel is central, with all the main beaches an easy walk away. We had to check in very early, and they kindly got up to welcome us. Our room was already ready, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was included and the buffet was sufficient, but they also offered to cook whatever we wanted each morning. That thoughtful touch made us feel looked after. There’s also an on-site restaurant, and everything we tried was delicious.

The location made it easy to get around Ksamil, with the main attractions a short walk away. It was close to the beach but far enough from the noise to relax peacefully. I spent 10 days at Hotel Eros on my first visit, and came away really happy with the stay. The room was nicely arranged and perfectly clean each morning. The air conditioning worked well, and the balcony had a lovely view. Big thanks to the housekeeping staff. Everyone on the team was friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They made me feel like a guest in their home, not just a customer. Thanks to all at Hotel Eros for the warm hospitality and positive atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere worked really well for a family trip. We had a great vacation at Eros Hotel in Ksamil, with excellent service. Special thanks to Taulanti and Viktoria for their wonderful hospitality. We’ll definitely return!

Taulant deserves a big thank you. He was tireless, willing to help, answered our questions, and found solutions. We spent four nights at Eros Hotel, where the rooms were spacious and clean, and the food was special and very well cooked. The hospitality was extraordinary, everything was perfect. I highly recommend the hotel and hope to stay again.

The hotel was really convenient, close to both the beach and shops. I stayed three nights, and it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The beds were super comfortable and the cleanliness was amazing. Food was up to a great standard too, and all the staff were professional and friendly. Can’t wait to visit again ✨
