The food was good, but the service was awful. The waiter was very rude and seemed nationalist. He tried to charge us more by insisting that the leke rate was different from what we had found online and that his version was the correct one. It was the worst experience, ruined our holiday, and I wouldn't recommend the place. If you're from Europe, you could end up leaving without much money.

The owner was rude and offended us as soon as we arrived, which made the whole experience bad from the beginning. The beds, sheets, and towels were dirty. The shower was broken, so we had to crouch down to use it. Even though the breakfast was good, the staff were rude as well.

We ate at the restaurant several times and liked the food. The waiter who served us was extremely kind and had a very friendly manner. I can't comment on the hotel itself because we didn't stay there. If we return to Albania this summer, we will certainly visit the restaurant at Hotel Jonufra again.

Our family had a nice stay here. The room was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. The hotel isn't a high-class place, but the food was good and plentiful, and the staff were friendly. There's also a small shop right next to the hotel.

The sea is beautiful and the water was amazing. This is a very peaceful, quiet place, well suited to resting and relaxing. Valona is somewhat far from the hotel, though, so having your own car would be a good idea.
