The location was ideal, right in the city centre near Saranda Harbour, the promenade, restaurants, and other main attractions, while still quiet enough to sleep well. Austin Boutique Hotel was spotless and had a fresh, relaxing feel throughout, with every corner showing care and attention. Our two nights, September 16-18, were made even better by the warm staff, who went out of their way to look after us. The room had everything we needed, and we’d happily stay here again.

The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The owner was delightful and even confirmed our stay through WhatsApp on the day we arrived. I’d gladly stay here again.

Alex and his mother were always right there whenever we needed help. In my opinion, the hotel has the best combination of location, kindness, and cleanliness in all of Saranda. Room 102 gets top marks, and I’d happily return.

The location made everything easy, with whatever we needed close by. Staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help with our accommodation needs, while the bed was easily the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept in. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly.

We arrived late for our booking, and the staff helped us immediately. The beds were very comfortable, and they also assisted with our travel arrangements while we were in town. Everyone was very accommodating.
