The owner’s help during our trip meant everything. When one of our friends suddenly needed medical attention, he personally got them safely and quickly to the hospital, stayed in contact with the medical staff, and kept updating us. His calm, caring presence felt like family support, not ordinary hotel service. The hotel itself was peaceful, cozy, and well looked after. Our room was spacious and well equipped, and the location made it easy to explore while still having time to relax. We’re deeply thankful for the kindness and hospitality we received.

Shkoder was easy to explore from this ideal location, and our room was both clean and spacious. The owner was incredibly kind, helped with our bikes, and even sent us off with breakfast when we had to leave early. We also enjoyed hearing him talk about the building’s history and his family. We’d love to return. Thank you for the lovely stay 🙌🏼

The breakfast was really good, with eggs, soft cheese, tomato, a soft roll, jam, tea, and coffee. Our family room had a garden view, and the hotel is right in the old town, close to the main sights, cafes, and shops. The room was quiet, spotless, and comfortable. The shower is connected to the sink, which is unusual, but it works fine. The staff and owner were welcoming, communicative, and happy to help with everything. My only suggestion is adding a guard rail to the top bunk for families with children. I’d happily recommend this place in Shkodra.

I was hurrying to catch a last-minute van south when the owner gave me food and a bottle of water and refused to let me pay, saying, “this is Albania, we have sold our souls yet.” He didn’t have to help me, but he chose to, and I’m really grateful for that kindness.
