The hotel handled our early departures very well. The air conditioning worked amazingly even during a 100F heat wave. We booked two nights with several days between them for mountain hiking, and they kindly stored our luggage during the gap. The location is right in the middle of the main thoroughfare, surrounded by restaurants and shops. Bars can stay open late and sometimes play music, but the walls kept the noise out. For such an affordable price, the location is hard to beat. Nearby places can charge 3-4x as much.

Being in central shkoder, this is a great location for solo travelers and couples who want to be in the middle of the city's lifestyle. The rooms were clean, the service was good, and the staff were kind and very helpful. I don't understand the bad reviews, because I was treated with all the care and kindness I wanted. The staff answered all my questions and were very willing to help fill my days with activities and tours in the area. Parking for cars and motorcycles is available without a reservation, and breakfast was included. I really recommend it.

Pedonalja is probably the best spot in the city for an overnight stay. The owners really know how to make guests feel welcome, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Everyone on the staff was very friendly. I’d definitely come back.

The location is great, although my room had no window to the outside, which made it very dark. The hotel also feels somewhat dated in general.

What stood out most was the fresh breakfast, with plenty of choice. They even prepared one to take with us when we had to leave before breakfast was served. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the hotel itself was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The best hotel in Shkoder♥️
