The staff were so open-hearted and ready to help at any time that “friendly” hardly covers it. Faleminderit to Arenit, Arlind and Klevisa. After staying in hotels around the world, I know good hospitality, and you do your jobs perfectly. Wishing you all prosperity and success. Right on Bazaar square among lived-in buildings, the property has a calm, cozy feel and gives you a taste of local Albanian life. The market noise didn't bother us at all because the windows are completely soundproof. Our spacious room had fresh sheets and no old furnishings or details; it seemed entirely new. Breakfast is a good buffet served in the restaurant just 5 steps from the entrance.

Our other accommodation was cancelled, but the friendly, super helpful staff arranged a room for us. It was a good size and super clean, with a comfortable bed and bathroom. The hotel is well located in Tirana, and I'd definitely recommend staying here. Book directly with the hotel.

There's plenty of storage, the decor is simple, and I loved the shower. The room was very clean and tidy, with daily service if you want it. The location is perfect for a long weekend exploring Tirane, and I'd definitely recommend it. I would've scored it higher if there had been tea and coffee facilities in the room. We arrived early and could leave our luggage before check-in. There isn't a waiting area and reception is small, but that suited us fine. Breakfast is across the road, continental, and I didn't see English tea bags or milk alternatives for allergies, though you might be able to ask. You can hear the evening hustle and bustle from outside while you're in, but it gets quieter around 11pm.

We met two helpful, kind guys at the front desk, and had a great experience. The hotel is super clean and modern, with a perfect location in Tirana beside an outdoor bazaar and several cafes and restaurants. A beautiful place to stay right in the middle of Albanian culture. We'll be back!
