The place was very clean, and our room was immaculate. Staff were polite, friendly, and professional, and nothing seemed too much trouble, even printing our boarding passes. Reception is staffed around the clock, as is the bar, which had plenty of drinks to choose from. Breakfast was adequate, and the food at the hotel restaurant was good. The central location was superb.

I’d rather forget this awful stay. The bathroom was disgusting, with mold everywhere, a cracked shower tray, and cables poking out under the mirror. The windows were cracked and had gaps that let wind into the room, and even with the lights on, it was too dark. The room looked like it needed decades of renovation. We were put on the fourth floor with no lift, in what seemed like an extension, and had to walk through the rain from the staircase to the room. My son slipped on the wet tiles and fell. Breakfast was poor. The staff gave the impression they barely communicated in English, since they didn’t respond when we greeted them. I don’t know how this place got four stars. It felt like a poor category staff hostel, and I wouldn’t recommend it, in fact I’d advise against staying here.

Good value for the price, with a tasty breakfast and helpful, friendly staff. It’s a very nice hotel right in the city centre.

The rooms were good, and the staff paid attention to what we needed. Big shout-out to the redhead receptionist, who was so helpful. Awesome place, and I’ll definitely come back 👌
