I do like the place, but staying on the 1st floor means hearing people talking loudly in the lobby. Noise from neighboring rooms comes through too, including their TV and even phone calls. The insulation is really poor, and that's hard to put up with.

The staff were nice, but the room was small and stuffy despite having AC. For some reason, we had to pay in euros.

The central location is the one real plus. The place needs renovation, though it was clean thanks to the cleaning staff. Lighting is poor, especially in the bathrooms, and the showers leak. During the day, there was nobody at reception.
