A cozy, pleasant place that offers good value.

When we arrived, the staff casually told us there was only one room available, even though we had reserved two. They gave no reason or explanation. They said a taxi had been called to take us to another hotel, but wouldn’t answer when we asked which one. Rooms were still bookable through booking.com. It strongly seemed that they had a good relationship with the alternative hotel and needed customers. The other hotel itself was fine, but the way Vila Sanremo treated us was far below par.

They cancelled my reservation just six hours before my flight. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
