The rooms were spotless, and the people were very nice. The food was okay, though there wasn't much choice. The doctor experience was really bad. We were there for two days with four kids, and had been told to come to the doctor's office at 9 a.m. for a couple of massages. The doctor hadn't arrived, though we were told they'd be there soon. We took the kids to the pool while we waited, then after two hours there we went back to the office. We were told the doctor had arrived and would see us shortly. We waited another hour in reception with the kids, got upset, and left. We complained, but it didn't change anything. We never got the massages after all that wasted time waiting for a doctor we never saw.

The rooms are nice, but I had a terrible experience here. Service was awful, and the employees acted like they were above everyone. The front desk looked disorganized as soon as I walked in, and they couldn't even get a one-room reservation right. The staff were rude. I wouldn't stay here or even set foot inside again, even if I were paid. Go to Armenia wellness and spa resort behind this place they call a hotel. Armenia resort is friendlier, better priced, and will accommodate you in every way possible.

We stopped in for coffee, and the hotel looked clean and pleasant. The staff seemed busy but professional, so things seemed fine until the bill arrived: two lattes and one slice of cake came to 5900 AMD. That's far too expensive for Armenia, especially in a season when the town is empty.

The rooms are nice and the staff are friendly, but the food is terrible. It was dry, overcooked, and had no flavor. They need a new chef. I'd read reviews complaining about the food before we came, but didn't want to believe them. They were right. Do not eat here!
