The windows and balconies of the north-facing rooms overlook the town of Tsaghkadzor. The southern side of the building borders a forest. The inner courtyard contains flowerbeds, benches, swings, and a fountain. On the territory, there is a tennis court equipped for volleyball, basketball, and mini-football, as well as a children's playground and a bonfire area.
