The place has a cozy atmosphere, and most things were pretty good. The room was clean, and the friendly staff were willing to help with whatever we needed. The one issue we had was the bathrooms. The air conditioning system wasn't working properly.

The rooms and living area were nice, and the hosts seemed kind and well meaning, but too many things needed attention. On arrival I found a broken toilet seat, a blocked drain and a bathroom fan that didn't work. The shower is only about 40 cm from the toilet and sink, which made using it uncomfortable. One of the outdoor benches was broken with no warning sign, and I nearly fell when I sat on it. I had to work things out as I went because there wasn't much information provided. After I complained, they got the seat and drain fixed, probably by day three. Those problems should have been checked before a new guest arrived. The place has potential, but for what they charged, I'll try somewhere else.

It's in a really convenient central spot, close to a metro station, and they also offer transfers. The staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were clean and in perfect condition. A very nice hotel.

We were about 24 people and stayed there for two weeks. The owner was kind, and it felt cozy. It works well for families or someone traveling alone, and the location is good.
