The people and staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms felt clean and very safe. The patio door to the balcony wouldn’t lock. They also didn’t provide a kettle or iron in the room, which is standard at every other hotel I’ve stayed at in Europe.

Nare Hotel in Nork, one of the quieter and more comfortable parts of Yerevan, is the kind of place that makes you want to come back for its warmth and comfort. The hotel has 30 modern rooms and a tasteful interior, with carefully chosen decor that gives it a special feel. From the rooftop café, guests can enjoy a striking panorama of the city and Ararat. The staff create a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, with a touch of the French Riviera, the fields of Tuscany, and historic Armenia. Armenian hospitality also makes a stay feel comfortable and safe, whether you’re in Yerevan for work or a holiday with family or friends. There’s no artificial glamour, but the hotel is modern and offers a conference room, free parking for guests, a sauna with a large pool, and a billiard room. The airport, Zvartnots, is about 20 minutes away, and the city center is 10 minutes away. It’s a lovely place to unwind and enjoy a memorable stay.
