Arm Hostel

The location was the one good thing, close to the center. I stayed at this hostel for seven days, and it was the worst hostel experience I’ve had. Some of the staff weren’t kind, and the manager had a drinking problem. The rooms weren’t clean, and because I didn’t feel my belongings were safe, I had to carry my money and documents everywhere. There was no common room for guests, so the kitchen was the only place to hang out. If we chatted in our room, staff kept coming in to warn us to be quiet, and eventually some guys were moved to different rooms. The beds weren’t comfortable, and the soft mattresses made my back hurt.

Right in central Yerevan, with a very convenient location close to what you might need. The hostel is cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and always willing to help. The price feels reasonable for the service you get. A great budget-friendly place to stay in the city!

The rooms are big, there’s a balcony, and both the kitchen and bathroom were clean. The street view was very good, and the price was good too. But the balcony had so much smoking that it bothered me. It’s on the fifth floor with no elevator, and there are no lockers. Without lockers in the rooms, I often felt watched by the staff wherever I went or whoever I spoke to. I wasn’t comfortable with that, and I’d never experienced anything like it before.
