Felinger Hotel and SPA

The location is excellent, and the rooms are kept very clean, but I came away with mixed feelings about Felinger Hotel. I stayed three nights and felt the staff made no effort to go the extra mile. I asked to switch from two twin beds to a double, and they said they’d check, then told me to contact the booking agency instead of helping directly. That was frustrating, especially since I could see an empty room with a double bed, but they wouldn’t move me. Breakfast is quite basic, with standard fruit and vegetables, industrial meat cuts, and orange juice. The good automatic coffee machines were its one saving grace. The service was a major disappointment and didn’t match the quality I expected.

Our stay was wonderful, and everything from the rooms to the service was better than we expected. Armine from the guest support team deserves a special mention. She was attentive, incredibly helpful, and always ready to assist. Highly recommended.

The staff were so accommodating, and both doormen were super friendly and helpful. One was from Ghana, and I think the other was local. The room was super clean! I’d recommend this hotel to all travelers 😍

The spa was the best I’ve experienced at a hotel, with saunas, a pool, and a place to relax. The facilities are great and well maintained. The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff are helpful. Highly recommend.
