Our host, Syuzan, was kind and really accommodating, and we'd recommend the place to friends visiting Yerevan. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and it was easy to get to the airport, supermarkets, restaurants, Republic Square, and most tourist spots. For the price, we didn't expect room service, towels, slippers, and hot drinks, so those were a nice surprise. We had an amazing stay!

The breakfast was perfect, and the location couldn't be better. The rooms are basic but clean. Rozy was really helpful, making whatever changes or additions we asked for.
