The room photos don’t match what I found: the bathroom smelled moldy, the bed was broken and badly repaired, and the walls were dirty. The manager wouldn’t help resolve it. I noticed the lady in one of the five-star reviews looks a lot like the profile photo from our WhatsApp call with the manager. Could be a coincidence, maybe! 😅 This place seems to have changed its Google name to shake off bad reviews, I’d guess. There’s another Google listing for the same location that gives a better impression of what it’s really like. Be careful.

The room photos don’t reflect the actual condition, and the service was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

I went to see the hotel in person because I’d been thinking of staying here a few times. The rooms I saw were spacious, nicely furnished, renovated, and seemed high quality. Maybe the cheaper rooms in the old section are different. My photos and videos show the rooms I visited on January 21, 2026. Ľuboš, Slovakia’s biggest Google reviewer 🔝👀💪

As soon as we got into the room, it was obvious it looked nothing like the ad photos. It was very dirty and musty, and we felt uncomfortable right away. When we asked the manager about it, they hid from us. Another employee said the rooms in the pictures don’t even exist and that guests are being misled on purpose. This was the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had. I strongly advise against booking here.
