6/10
The food at breakfast was good local fare, but there’s no choice of meals, you eat what they bring to your table. Staff were all very friendly, and it’s good value for money. The location is exceptional and very central. Rooms are okay, big, and have an extra bed. During my four nights, the room wasn’t cleaned once, and I had to ask for fresh towels after three days. The air conditioning kept switching off.

This place is a disaster, 0/5. Lilit, the owner, was rude and the most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered. The rooms weren’t clean. Their policy is to change towels every three days, but during our 11-day stay they didn’t clean the toilets even once. There was no hot water for showers, and water kept dripping from the AC.

Mrs. Lilit is a lovely person, and the hospitality was perfect. A very nice, cozy place to stay.

Terrific staff and food, and the prices are great.

10/10
The place felt so welcoming that we’re already missing Lilit and her family, who looked after us so warmly. We originally picked the hotel because it was close to where we needed to be, then found the glowing reviews were deserved: Republic Square is only a seven-minute walk away. Its restaurant is known for its food and draws people in for lunch. We’d stay here again even if our plans took us to the other side of Yerevan.
