Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Yerevan

We stayed five nights in December and had a very comfortable visit to Ramada Hotel & Suites Yerevan. Right on Republic Square, the hotel made it easy to get around the city. Breakfast stood out, with plenty of choices each morning. Staff were warm, professional, and helpful, room service was quick, and the food quality stayed consistently good. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Yerevan.

I work with this hotel regularly for our corporate needs, and each time the experience has been excellent. The team is professional and attentive, and knows how to make service run smoothly. Liana deserves special thanks. She’s one of the most customer-oriented professionals I’ve worked with. She anticipates what we need, keeps everything on track, and provides high-quality service to partners. Her dedication makes every interaction easy and enjoyable. The room service was swift, and the woman at reception was extremely helpful when booking us a taxi to the airport. But the rest of the staff were inconsistent, seeming to care at one moment and then switching off when we needed something else. I wouldn’t stay here again. When we arrived with two cars, luggage, and children in cold weather, a staff member, possibly the hotel manager, was outside smoking. We had to ask for help getting the luggage inside. At checkout, we asked for someone to take our bags down, but were told they didn’t have anyone. Someone eventually came, but we still had to handle the suitcases ourselves and load them into the cars. We asked for an extra bed for our child at 9 PM. They said housekeeping would come and set it up, but nothing happened until 11:30, despite five calls. When the bed finally came, it was old and dirty, with hair on it and too little padding. The springs could be felt when lying down. The person installing it acted as though they were doing us a huge favor.

We often hold events at Ramada Hotel, and it has been a consistently excellent experience. The setting is comfortable and well organized for professional meetings. Liana deserves special thanks for being patient, flexible, attentive, and quick to help with what we need. Her professionalism makes planning feel easy and stress-free.
