The location worked really well, about a 15-minute walk from the central square, with Carrefour and a food court nearby where the food was delicious. The room was spacious, with a comfortable mattress, TV, AC, a large bathroom and shower, and a roomy balcony. There’s also a dining room with a fridge, coffee, and sweets. Tigran, the owner, is generous, friendly, and always happy to help. You can pay by card, too.

It's a pleasant, clean guest house on a quiet back street, with nicely sized rooms. The walk to Republic Square takes about 15 minutes. The owners are really kind and helpful, even though we didn't speak the same language.

The staff are lovely and friendly, and the spot is very quiet if your room faces the small river. It's a little dated, but other places can be really loud, so I’d rather stay here. Republic Square is about a 10 to 15 minute walk along one straight road.
