Royal Plaza by Stellar Hotels, Yerevan

I spent four nights here. It’s an older hotel, but clean and has what you need. The staff were kind and helpful, the location is great, and I liked the homemade breakfast. I don’t understand the one-star reviews.

The location made it easy to get around, with tourist spots, restaurants, and lots of coffee and wine shops nearby. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the food is good. A very nice place to stay.

I’d recommend this clean, ordinary hotel, though it could use renovation. It’s in the center, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. They bring water, coffee, and tea to the room each day, and there’s an electric kettle. The towels were a little old but clean, and they were replaced daily. I hope the management replaces them soon :)))

It took five hours to get checked into a room. The breakfast was very poor, the sound insulation was bad and it was very noisy. The hotel is extremely old and outdated, with no air conditioning, no proper cleaning, and too many broken items in the rooms. There are no standard room amenities, and no room service, restaurant, spa, gym, or pool. There was no manager on duty, and no English-speaking staff at reception. This doesn’t feel like a four-star hotel.
