Tropica Inn Hotel

I left my bag of coffee beans in the hostel kitchen, and the next morning the staff gave me the coffee but had thrown away its special reusable bag. They'd seen me using it the day before. I wouldn't have minded if they'd tossed everything or returned the bag with the beans still inside, but separating them like that makes no sense to me. I'm not angry, just honestly puzzled. Would they do the same with suitcases and backpacks?

The staff are kind and always willing to go beyond what you ask. Service was fantastic, and prices were very reasonable. The place itself is beautiful, with a tropical feel. This was my first visit, and I'll definitely tell everyone about it.

I spent a week here on holiday in Yerevan, and it was far better than I expected. The location is really convenient, with a currency exchange, pharmacy, supermarket, and even a 24/7 mall just around the corner. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the city center, and taxis are cheap and can get you anywhere quickly. My room had everything I needed: a huge TV, fridge, private bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. The whole place feels fresh and modern, with cozy lounge areas to relax in. Breakfast was a highlight every morning, tasty and served with a friendly smile. The staff stood out most. They were friendly, professional, and available 24/7, both at the front desk and online. Nothing felt like too much trouble.
