The staff are good, but the service still needs work. I stayed here for the second time because of work nearby, and the same problems were there again. The shower water pressure was low, and during my 8-day stay the bedding wasn’t changed. Floors weren’t swept, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, and a coffee spill was left on the table. They only changed the floor and bath towels. There was no cable for even international news, just local channels. At 18,900 dram a night, that’s very expensive without proper cleaning. I hope the cleaning improves by the time I return.

The location was pleasant, close to the center, but we got little to no service. We were seven people, four adults and three children, and stayed nine days. Breakfast was served in town, about a 15-minute walk away, and didn’t start until 10:30. It wasn’t on the table until 11:30, which meant losing half a day before setting off to explore Armenia and cover the distances involved. Room and bed cleaning happened only once during our nine nights. When we asked why, we were told there was just one cleaner and she was sick. We also asked about laundry, but the person said back pain meant they couldn’t iron our clothes. Worthless, I’d skip this hotel, which is a house converted into a hotel.
