This isn’t a luxury hotel, but it’s tidy, clean, and safe, and the rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is included and okay, though there isn’t much variety. Remember to bring a plug adapter for Indian equipment. The voltage is the same as in India. I’m staying here again in May 2023.

The staff were good, but the generator made it noisy. There’s no elevator, and overall it was acceptable.

It’s a pretty affordable place, so I’d suggest Inn Luanda if keeping costs down matters. My night there was clean and quiet. It’s in Bairro Valodia, close to Marçal, though the neighborhood isn’t great. Luanda can be a hard city to find a place in without some complaint, and the service here could use work. There’s no parking or drop-off area.

For what I paid, the room was worth it, even though the sheets were a bit dirty. The receptionist was kind, showed me around, took me to my room, and explained how everything worked.
