The location suited us since we didn't want to stay in town, and arriving after reception closed at 21:00 was no problem. The room has amazing views, one of the hotel's biggest advantages. We could still hear the noisy road with the windows shut. The strangest part was having no door or curtain between the shower area and bedroom, so be ready for a new level of intimacy. There is a door on the toilet :)

The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast. We had a comfortable, enjoyable stay with spectacular views over the lake and towards the mountains. Although it's near the main road, closing the apartment door kept the noise out. It's a bit out of town, so you need to be willing and able to walk about thirty minutes to find places to eat or drink.

They made everything about our trip easy, so we could just enjoy ourselves. It's a peaceful place to stay while still being close to Bariloche's main attractions. We'd love to come back soon and enjoy more of what this wonderful destination has to offer.

We stayed in the duplex for 5, and it was very comfortable. The rooms are lovely and well appointed, and the hotel itself is in a great location. The woman who cleaned our room every other day deserves a special mention: she was so kind and attentive, and always left everything spotless. We'll definitely be back! 🙌🏻
