The sandwiches and coffee were delicious, and the view from this little café is stunning. Don't miss it when you're visiting Bariloche.

The interior design is beautiful, and the reception and rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was big, the Wi-Fi fast and stable, and the staff friendly and helpful. There weren't many plug sockets in the room, and the bathroom was small. Check-in involved a wait. Wi-Fi also wasn't available everywhere in the room.

The reception service was excellent, and some rooms have a great view. Our school group stayed with Travel Rock, though, and the facilities really need work. The place generally looked dirty, the bathrooms had no locks or ventilation, and the dining service wasn't great. Some rooms faced what seemed to be a courtyard, which was a terrible view. Better facilities would make a stay here much more enjoyable.
