The pool was really nice, and the drinks were tasty and a good price. Ordering one took a while, though. The bar had been empty for about 30 minutes, so I went inside to check, and they brought it out just after that. My room smelled odd at first, like air freshener had been used to cover a sewage smell, but opening the window for a bit cleared it up. Apart from that, it was a beautiful space in a great location.

The food was pure garbage, low quality and tasteless. I asked for a small change to my dinner sandwich, to replace the ham with tomatoes, but they couldn't do it even though the restaurant was completely empty. They'd rather let guests go hungry than make a minor adjustment to an unhealthy, tasteless menu. Reception staff were indifferent. The rooms and facilities were just average, including the small gym, pool, and sauna. There are many good hotel options in the area, so pick one with better service reviews.

I had an amazing lake view from my room. Staff were friendly and professional, and the service was great. Breakfast was a buffet with okay choices.

The only thing I'd complain about is the slow internet. The hotel itself is great: clean and comfortable, with beautiful views, plenty of parking, and a great breakfast. It's close to Bariloche but far from noise.

The grounds have a beautiful, rustic look. My room was comfortable and clean, and even had a bathtub. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
