The location was fine, and we could walk to the city center, but the stay was disappointing. The rooms were small, unlike the photos, and ours had been given to someone else when we arrived. We had to wait for them to move to another room before we could get in. The comforters were dirty, the pool was too dirty to use, and the shared areas were untidy. There was nothing for children, breakfast was meager, and the receptionists were very unfriendly. There wasn't even anywhere to get coffee.

The location is excellent, close to the city center and convenient for getting around. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the service was friendly and attentive. The pool was beautiful and well maintained, too. A great stay for relaxing, and I'd definitely return.

The pool was green and poorly maintained when we arrived on January 10th, in the middle of the hot season. We couldn't use it, and the following day it had been drained. That's a major drawback at that time of year. If the pool is offered as an amenity but isn't usable, guests should be told or have the cost taken off the price. We were disappointed, especially since we'd stayed three years earlier and liked the pool. The location is good, though everything in Bella Vista is nearby. Service was good and the rest of the stay was fine.

The place was very clean, and breakfast was really good. The only issue was a dog in the room across the hall barking all night. I know that's not the hotel's fault, but it was annoying. People travelling with pets should be considerate and remember that not everyone is used to the barking.

I chose this place for its pool, but it wasn't working when I arrived. It seems they accepted reservations without taking the time to get it ready. The different reception staff couldn't give me accurate information about the service.
