We were happy with the location, near both the subway and Alto Palermo shopping, and the staff treated us well. Ezequiel deserves a special mention: he showed us how to get around the city, suggested a very good restaurant, and kept checking that we had what we needed. We really appreciate his help. Breakfast was good, though you need to ask if you'd like scrambled eggs. The room was fine, but for what we paid, we expected more.

Juan Manuel really helped us out when our app wasn't working and we had no local currency yet. He went out of his way to get us a taxi, excellent service. Hotel Arenales is clean, in a great location, and the staff are very polite. Breakfast was satisfactory too. The elevator was the one downside, since it was really noisy and we could hear it. Thanks for the service! ⭐

The room was cozy, nice, and seemed quite new, and breakfast was complete. The staff were really kind too, which feels unusual in Argentina. I only stayed one night because the hotel was full, but it seemed like a very nice place. I'd definitely recommend it.

The staff were lovely, and our room was really spacious. I think we may have been given a room a grade above the one we booked. Breakfast was good, though, as seems common across South America, it leaned sugary. I also got to try a wholemeal croissant for the first time. Thanks!

We had a great stay at this little hotel in central Recoleta. Estafania helped us get Boca Jrs tickets, which we really appreciated! Alejandro helped us with our stay too. The location worked out well, and we could walk to lots of tourist spots. You guys are the best, gracias!
