A man was aggressively trespassing in the lobby, and they had to call the police because there’s no security. It was really disturbing. On top of that, the air conditioning in both rooms we booked didn’t work. They didn’t tell us at check-in, after we’d already settled in, and there were no available rooms or staff to fix it. They offered a refund but didn’t help us find another booking. Worst hotel experience ever. DO NOT STAY HERE.

There wasn’t any water, tea, or coffee in the rooms, and breakfast isn’t something to expect much from.

The breakfast that comes with the stay is disappointing. There are four choices and you can pick one, but the quality wasn’t good, and the coffee was horrible. If you want a good breakfast, there are several cafes nearby. The hotel itself is modern and very nice, and our room was comfortable, clean, and tidy. It’s very cheap for a three-star hotel and does the job, as long as you’re not expecting luxury.

The place was clean and the rooms were spacious, but there were plenty of issues. The shower floor sagged, toilet paper wasn’t replenished, and some furniture was very worn, especially the desk chair. Towels smelled really strong, there were no charger adapters or umbrellas, and one umbrella blew off one day. The pool area also needed maintenance. Breakfast was the worst part. It wasn’t a buffet, just four poor options. Juice cost extra and came in a whiskey glass with a huge ice cube, so there was barely a sip. The coffee was awful and the pastries weren’t good either. We regret not reading the earlier reviews, and definitely won’t return.
