We had a very pleasant stay and thought it was good value. The room was roomy and comfortable, and breakfast had a nice range of food to suit different tastes. You could hear almost everything from the neighboring rooms because the soundproofing was poor, which affected the comfort. There were also a few small maintenance issues, like a worn toilet seat. Nothing major, but noticeable.

The breakfast was awful, as it usually is in hotels in Argentina. It was scrambled eggs, cheese and ham, plus lots of sweet things, as if Argentinians only eat sugar. Tomatoes, bell pepper, avocado, seeds and nuts, sugar-free musli or granola, and natural yogurt without sugar would go nicely with the room. I got a great room on the upper floor. It was clean and big, with plenty of space to relax or work, and I enjoyed staying there.

Right in the heart of Palermo, the location is amazing. Everyone was super friendly and kind, and made sure we had a lovely stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. WiFi wasn’t strong throughout the hotel, but you can head down to the lobby if you need to download something.

The location in Palermo is outstanding, everything feels safe and is easy to reach on foot, and the team here is fantastic and ready to help. I’d stay again for the value and the staff. The WiFi was excellent, and my balcony had a beautiful view. There were some problems, though. The building is older, the pool and “hot tub” area are very dated and worn, and the shower equipment was broken. The safe in my room was broken when I arrived. I asked three times for it to be fixed, then gave up. Breakfast was very simple, served in the basement in a workroom setting. There was also a delay checking in because they hadn’t received payment from Orbitz yet.
