The staff are genuinely kind and try to handle things with a positive attitude. But there’s no electricity generator, and summer power cuts in Buenos Aires happen often and can last 2-6 hours a day. When the power goes out, the water pumps stop too, along with the elevators, WiFi, AC, and other services.

In February 2024, a double room cost 22,000 Argentine pesos, or US$25 at the official exchange rate at the time. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the value for money was excellent. The location is unbeatable. The 3.5 average rating comes from some people mistakenly reviewing a different Hotel Chile in another location.
