Julia was great at sorting out all our questions, and her colleague Guido was friendly and helpful too. They let us leave our bags somewhere safe after checkout, which was convenient. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and just like the photos, with a soft bed. Great location on Avenue Corrientes, in a safe neighborhood. I'd stay again.

I spent three weeks here for work, and it worked out perfectly. The Wi-Fi was great, and Juli was excellent at helping and coordinating everything during my stay. It's close to everything, but far enough away that the city's bustle doesn't bother you. Highly recommend, even for a longer stay.

We had the Family Room, which was spacious, very clean, and looked like the photos. Julia was an excellent host. When we had a small TV problem, she found someone to video call us with a fix within minutes. The location is great, and the room has an iron, microwave, coffee machine, and hair dryer. We could also leave our bags with her in a safe place after checkout. I'd stay there again, very convenient.

Don't book here if you're relying on access to amenities. This isn't a hotel, but a residential building where someone rents out a handful of apartments. The building owners seem to object, and have hired security who treated visitors extremely rudely. They made up rules as they went and shouted at us when we asked for anything. There's nowhere to eat inside, visitors aren't allowed, the coworking space has to be booked again every three hours, and there's nowhere to store luggage. They denied early check-in, and seemed to have a new rule every day. The receptionist grew increasingly hostile and even said "good riddance" when they learned we were leaving. Edit: They asked us to change our reviews to five stars. When we refused, they turned to slander and empty legal threats.
