A very safe place, with clean accommodation and excellent service. The staff are attentive whenever you raise a complaint. It's a great setting for the full residence experience, especially for people from elsewhere in the country or from abroad.

The price has gone up three times this year, from 30,000 to 59,000. For a place that requires residents to be students, the internet is so unreliable that studying can be difficult. In 2021, it was down for a week during finals, and this year there have been countless outages. The patio is nice and the rooms look like the photos, but the reality doesn't match what they advertise. The kitchen is often filthy, with broken pots and food scraps in the sink. They serve meals during the day, but afterward things get chaotic. Residents are treated poorly. They call it a family residence, yet there are many injustices and rude comments toward students from other countries and from Argentina. Problems are ignored or minimized, and there is practically no resolution. When I complained, they kicked me out and called me a troublemaker. Mistreatment and outrageous behavior go unpunished. A truly disappointing place.

There's a spacious kitchen and a well-kept garden out back. The facilities are in very good shape overall.
