There was no comfort here at all. It felt like a place for homeless people, and even they would probably be more comfortable out on the street.

Cheap, but dirty, broken, and cold.

Just average.

The owner, Fernando Aranda, came into my room without asking about five times during my stay. When you knock on the door, the "manager," Elizabeth, the owner's Venezuelan wife, may make leaving as difficult as possible if they have an issue with you. The place is extremely expensive for how unsanitary it is. There are cobwebs all over, and the cleaning lady comes once a week at best. Rats and cockroaches are everywhere. When it rains, the hall, stairs, and some rooms flood. The wiring is over 50 years old and exposed through the hallways and rooms, and outages happen several times because the installation is so deficient and precarious. They don't let you use heaters, electric kettles, or electric ovens. The water also runs out repeatedly, and the internet has problems almost every month. The kitchen has two broken stovetops for 50 people. They treat long-term tenants badly. I can only give one star, though this place deserves -10.
