Large rooms and a good breakfast buffet, all at a reasonable price. A good place to stay.

The location is right at plaza de mayo, and the breakfast was high quality. The front desk team is lovely, and the rooms have all the comforts.

Trying to stay here was an absolute nightmare and wasted so much of my time. I strongly advise looking elsewhere if you want peace of mind or professional service. I had three bookings, for 27-29 September, 01-02 October, and 06-09 October. The hotel canceled them, saying my card details had arrived late. After I sent the details, they restored only the first booking, even though a woman on their team confirmed all three were reinstated. When I arrived on 01 October, the second and third bookings were missing from their system, so I had to rebook those stays. They still managed to get things wrong again. For the 06-09 October stay, they first offered a price and said they would hold it for 24 hours. I sent my card details within four hours, but when I followed up, they said the booking was no longer available and tried to sell me a more expensive room at another property. It felt like a bait-and-switch and showed no regard for customer service. The whole process was disorganized and infuriating. They don't seem to understand the basics of managing reservations. Confirmations apparently mean nothing, and it felt as if they were just trying to squeeze more money out of customers. Avoid this hotel.

We were five and got a room that fit all of us, which saved us a lot of money. The hotel is clean, well located, and good value, and breakfast was good. I'd recommend it. A few things to know: you have to complete online check-in yourself and upload photos of your passport on your phone. You also need your phone to unlock the door. I thought that was cool, but my father, for example, couldn't have managed it alone. There's an extra daily fee if you want the room cleaned. If you reserved without paying upfront, paying cash in pesos is almost 30% cheaper. At breakfast we waited 10-15 minutes for milk and coffee because they had run out.
